It has taken me a while to really digest the implication of Nokia’s collab with Microsoft as regards adopting Windows phone 7 as its future flagship platform. Personally, the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011 was a little disappointing as there was nothing specular that was unveiled other than a bunch of “see-one, see-all” phones but most worrisome was the presentation of the Meego plaform at the MWC , it was reported as a big disappointment, especially when compared to the Android plaform. It is no longer news that the Meego platform was a collaboration between intel and Nokia until Nokia pulled out about a week ago.
