Really great method.. But there is one mistake, you should select the second option instead of the third otherwise you will lose all your data and files in the phone and in the sd-card.. So, it is adviced to back-up all the files of your phone to your laptop or desktop..

  • Thanks brother..
this method perfectly worked for me..

He didn’t give good instructions. When you get the list of no’s and one yes, you select “yes – delete all users”. Then you select, I think it’s the first option, “install zip from SDCard” or “apply update from SDCard”, something like that. It basically said something different than what they have listed here, but it had “SDCard in the option.” From there, you’re good to go!

  • plz tell me how to create a market like play store.

  • That’s wrong!

Scroll down with the volume key and select the 3rd Option with the “Home” key : “Wipe data/factory reset”.

You’ve to select the 2nd option “select update.zip from sdcard” and then search for the update.zip file and select it.

Unroot.zip is needed if you want to unroot your device. However, you need to root your device to expand its memory.
